Planning for renovation!! :)

I read this one blog which i think was very good..while other people writing about their journey to marriage or motherhood, i am the single, writing about the journey to my very first beautiful garden; HOME SWEET HOME..

I bought this house and signed the SPA on the 10th of May 2010. I got the key somewhere in July 2011. About 12-13months..Since i dont really expect that the house gonna be ready in 2011, i actually have no money for nothing.. I spent the bonus for travelling in Bandung as well as new handbags from Paris..urmm..

So,the first thing i did when i get the key is to install the grille. i go for wrought iron grille. The whole house cost me rm3500. But i dont really satisfied with the work they did as thumbprints are everywhere..huhuhu..i learnt my lesson and this time, i will do better to ensure, i get the best among the best.

Phase1 (july-july 2012)
1-Grille-done
2-Downlights-1st floor
3-Plaster ceiling ground floor+downlights+change all the switches.
4-Buy KDK fans+Fridge+Plasma and install
5-Buy wall light and main light
6-Cleaning and Painting
7-Sliding door tinted+curtains.
8-Buy toilet accesories (heater, mirror, handle n etc)

Phase2 (july 2012-july 2013)
1-Kitchen Cabinet+hood+hob+sink+tab
2-Buy washing machine
3-Master Bedroom renovation (install mini wardrobe+room set)
4-Buy dining table
5-Buy sofa

Phase3(july 2013-july 2014)
1-Complete each room furniture

seronok shopping lampu-lampu..i have decided to go for KDK ; 5 blades (rm269) utk kat living and dining and 4 blades utk kat dalam bilik (rm239)..not bad kan the price..x tau ler mahal ke murah tu, tp macam ok jer..panasonic pun okay tp macam rumah jiran sebelah..malas la nak same, nnt die kate kite tiru pulak..the whole day sibuk mendesign dapur..yg dibudgetkan arounf rm5K-rm6K, nak beli dekat Kubiq atau Signature, tp Jimmy kate mahal..die ni, kalo nak murah2, belum tentu bagus..huhu..i actually look for the brand..biarla company tu established sikit, mst die buat ok, insyaALLAH..kalo go for yg ntah mane2, x lawa nnt..same la macam grille tu, buruk betul..huhuhu..tgk la, dalam 10thn nnt, cabut grill tu buat grill baru je..barang2 yg nak dibeli;-

1-Kubiq kitchen cabinet+sink+tab+hood+hob..all in 1, senang. (rm6K)
2-Fridge 340L+TV LED 42inch+Washing Machine 10kg: beli kat Tyhe Heen je.(rm5K)
3-KDK 4blades=3, KDK 5blades=5 ; Rahang Trading atau Tyhe Heen.. (rm2k)
4-Plaster ceiling: normal je with no cornice and bunga2 atau pattern2..nak simple and kemas..for living and dining..kalo ade extra buat kat tingkat atas pulak..(rm5K)
5-Wiring; downlights and all the lampu and kipas (rm3k)
6-Curtain and pasang rail+ cleaning(rm2K)

Sume cost dalam rm25K...dalam target dalam 3 years, mst boleh buat sume cash je..huhu..

i got the feeling that he is not single anymore and i am damn right...cara lagak cakap macam single hbs la..rupe2nye taken..i didnt ask him straight away but i saw he s with a woman this morning, in front of the house..mstla gf atau wife die kaaan..xkan la kakak pulak..haha..

ape2 pun, life must goes on..bukan dah attached pun (me and him)..so, x patut rase sedih atau frustrated.

..and i am not dat bad anymore, insyaALLAH, ade org berkenan one day;)

lalala~ concentrating on what i am happy to do now is much better than unhappy for a guy i dont know well yet.

dah lame x update blog..internet xleh pakai kat company's laptop ni..duk tangguh2 nak mintak IT betul kan..urmm, update for now;
1-kunci rumah dah dapat..yea!!!
2-grill pun dah pasang..
3-I met the guy next door..and die dtg raye rumah..tp bosan dgn die sebab selalu anta msg x reply..ntah2, laki org kot..hahaha
4-skrg ni duk kemas2 kan rumah tu..target nak masuk, insyaALLAH bulan 10 or 11 kot..tp i ll try to make it this year la..
5-duit nak beli barang2 xde, so i was thinking to apply for personal loan..x byk pun..dalam 15K maybe..amik Bank Islam, interest agak rendah-6%..so, insyaALLAH, kalo dapat bonus..simpan utk kawin la..
6-KAHWIN?? ntah bilenyer..ade org dtg merisik tp x berkenan pulak..bukan xnak, tp x kenal..huhu..

i kinda of like the guy next door...die sgt berfikir pasal future la kot..kete sume dah hbs bayar..beli rumah, macam2 dah renovate..tinggal nak masuk pindah je..i saw macam single tp ntah la..xkan ler semangat sgt duk prepare rumah, mst dah nak kawin...huhu..

urmm, dah xde jodoh la kot ain..xpela, die mmg byk duit sebab keje pun dah lame..pastu byk wat keje sampingan....if i were to work 10years, insyaALLAH, duit dalam bank confirm berpuluh2 ribu..ni baru keje 3 thn, gaji rm4 ribu pun x sampai, dah spent macam2..bayar duit kete la, loan mara lg, loan asb lg..mane nak saving nyer..huhuhu..ni ade hati lg nak wat personal loan..hahaha;)

tp i believe, after another 2 years, insyaALLAH, gaji boleh pergi more than rm5K, and time tu, kete and asb loan dah hbs..so, boleh concentrate nak bayar duit rumah jer..huhu..installment rumah pun dah makan almost 40% nett current gaji..mane nak cukupnye..

Belum fikir nak kawin lg..kalo nak kawin, lg la macam2 nak kene bayar...huhu..skrg dah nak masuk 26thn..so, my target to kawin is around 2 years from now..kire by 28th..sempat ke nak carik mamat nak dijadikan laki ni..hahaha..good question to ask kaan!!!..insyaALLAH..;p
