"Kawah Putih (means white crater) is situated on the top of Mount Patuha in South Bandung. The color of the crater is apple green because it contains sulfur. It is reacheable by car or public transportation. If we go by car we can go up to the second parking area near the crater. If we go by bus, the bus has to stop at the first parking area near the gate. Then, we continue by a mini bus to the second parking area.Around the second parking area, there are many food stalls. They serve instant noodles, mie kocok, mie bakso (meat ball), grilled corn, soft drink, and traditio… read morenal drinks such as Bajigur and Bandrek.From the second parking area, people have to walk and go down to the crater. Many vendors sell local strawberry. Many strawberry plantation on the way to Kawah Putih. People can pick the fruits from the bush by themselves"
Dari Bandung town, it took us almost 2 hours to reach Kawah Putih..dah naik atas bukit, sejuk and byk strawbery fresh along the way dijual oleh local people. Sampai kat atas, supir park kereta and we continued to up with so-called Angkut.Murah je. 15K for the entrance and 10K for the transportation. Time tu ade sale x silap..so, total dapat dalam for 4people including parking for supir=88K..murah kan..sampai kat kawah, sgt terang keadaannya..terik tp sejuk..so, bgus kalo ade sunglasses;)
